It is such a joy to welcome you to our brand new Faith Based Health Collaborative Website. We pray this website will be a safe and easy place to find encouragement, prayer, health education, testimonials of how others have made it through difficult health challenges. When you need it the most, we hope this site will assist you in accessing resources needed to live healthier lives.

It has been a blessing to collaborate and partner with the pastors, church officers and congregational health teams. Our churches are doing exceptional work and oftentimes this work goes unnoticed. We want to highlight and share, in this website, the faith-based health events you are doing along with how you have met your goals and your outcomes. Your work is helping people to access needed healthcare information and we want to share your stories and encourage others to continue their work or start new health initiatives tailored to your church community’s needs.
